What motivates me

A lot of people inquire about what motivates me to be so dedicated to my health & fitness and so I thought I’d explain! My whole life, I have been an active person and during times when I wasn’t able to be as active as I always was (i.e. University), I didn’t feel as good about myself or feel good in general. When I am active, I feel amazing! I sleep better, my thoughts are clearer, I have more energy and I definitely look better. I know that if I don’t keep my health in check, that it will disappear faster than a snowman on a hot summer’s day. I keep myself accountable, because if I don’t, no one else will. I do it for my health, I do it for my future husband/children, I do it for so many reasons, but most of all, I do it for ME, because if I don’t invest in myself, I can’t invest in anyone else. So when people ask what motivates me, I tell them, I do. 😉
