Where would the team building take place?

We would find a location that would work best for the number of staff that would be participating.

What is the minimum and maximum number of participants?

The minimum requirement would be 6 participants up to 40!

What can my employees expect from the experience?

A ton of fun!

Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes. The company that is setting up the event for their employees will need to sign an event agreement with us.

How far in advance would we need to book the event?

Ideally a minimum of one month prior so we can work with you to organize a successful event.

What if not all of my staff/employees are able to participate in the workout?

No problem. We are pros at accommodating everyone’s needs and special requests.

How long is the event?

Our Team Building Events typically run between 2-3 hours – but we are happy to also shorten or extend the time of the event.

Do you do mobile personal training?

No, we do not – unless it is for group training.

Does each employee need to sign a waiver?

Yes. They will need to sign a Waiver as well as a PAR-Q (Government Health Questionnaire)
