PAYMENT POLICY
All of our sessions and packages must be pre-paid and all sales are final unless you cancel/reschedule 48hrs prior to your appointment.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and we do not issue any refunds.
TIPPING POLICY
If you would like to tip, you can apply it to the total payment when you book or you can tip via cash at the end of your session as well.
*(Please note that cash is ONLY accepted in a tipping form and we do NOT accept cash for any of our other services.)
CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please take note that we require 48hr to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
Anything less than 48hr notice will not be refunded or applied to another date. Cancellation/Rescheduling must be done by contacting us directly via phone (416.319.6341) or email (hannah@liberatingyeg.ca).
NO SHOW POLICY
Please note that if you no show your appointment, that you have automatically forfeited your appointment and will not be refunded.
LATE POLICY
Life happens! We totally get it, but we ask that if you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible! We are understanding and accommodating - but we are also on a schedule so please understand that we will only be able to fulfill the remainder of the session that you have paid for.
PHYSICAL CLEANLINESS POLICY
We kindly request that you come to your session with a clean body and clean clothes.
CLOTHING POLICY
Clothing is required in order for us to stretch you.
We recommend loose/comfortable clothing. Sweatpants, shorts, leggings, t-shirt, sweatshirt, etc.
Please avoid wearing jeans, skirts, dresses, etc. as they are harder to stretch in. Socks are also highly recommended, but not mandatory.
FRAGRANCE POLICY
You are welcome to wear fragrances, but please do not overdue them.

Losing stuff is never fun! We will do our best to make sure that lost items get returned back to you, but because it is not our own space, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to grab your lost items before someone else does. If you realize that you left something behind, please notify us right away and we will do our absolute best to retrieve it for you and then hold onto it until you are able to pick it up.
