What should I wear?
Do I get a workout program to do on my own as well?
Depending on how many times a week that you want to train/what your goals are, a workout program can and will be given to ensure progress.
Do I need to bring a water bottle?
Yes and please also make sure that it is full when you arrive.
What is the PAR-Q for?
The PAR-Q questionnaire is the Government Health Questionnaire that is required prior to your first personal training session. The PAR-Q is important because it lets us know if you have any specific health issues that we should know about/could be triggered through exercise (i.e. a heart condition).
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes. Each of our clients need to read and sign the personal training contract prior to their first session with us.
How many times a week should I come?
When we meet for your Fitness Consultation, we will be going over your goals and how often you should be training in order to achieve them within the time frame that you want to.
Do I need a gym membership?
No, not for us to train together!
Are you able to train pregnant women?
Yes I am.
Is there a minimum or maximum age requirement to train with you?
The youngest that I train is 8 years old and the oldest that I train is 80+ years old.
Are you able to train someone who has a special need (i.e. in a wheelchair, cancer, etc.)?
Where can I/WE park?
There is parking both in front or behind the building. There is also a lot of side streets in the area where you can park as well.
How long are the sessions?

Is nutrition help included?
General Nutrition advice is available upon request, but if you are looking for a more detailed plan of action, then you will need to invest in one of our Nutrition Coaching options.
Do you do mobile personal training?
Is there a cancellation policy? If yes, what is it?
Yes. We require a minimum of 24hrs for cancelling or rescheduling. If it is less than 24hrs, the cancellation will be considered as a session. If the session is able to be rescheduled within the same week, then we charge you, but, if it isn’t, then it will also be counted as a session.
What do I do if I am running late?
*Please note, that you should you arrive late, you will only receive the remaining amount of time for your session but still be charged for the full session amount.
When should I/WE arrive?
5-10 minutes prior to your training session is perfect.
Are there lockers?
There are no lockers, but there are cubbies in the gym that you can use to put your stuff in.
Are there showers?
There are no showers – but there is a private washroom that you can use/change in if need be.
Do you direct bill?
unfortunately Traditional Benefits do not as of right now; because of this, we are not able to direct bill, but would be happy to issue an invoice to submit.
